- Online reservation requestsare allowed up to6 monthsin advance; first come, first served.
- All rentals require staff approval before secured.
- All balances are due 30 days in advance.
- No outside food permitted in the building
- Any adjustments to approved rentalrequestsmust be sent to Sports Complex Facility Manager.
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
- Only cancellations made by the lessee 11 ormore days beforethe event will qualify for a full refund of rental fees (less $5 processing fee).
- Cancellations made by the lessee within 3-10days of the event will qualify for a 50% refund of rentals fees.
- Cancellations made less than 3 daysof rental date will not receive a refund or credit.
